Here's how to reset you account password.
Option 1: Reset from the sign-in screen
Forgot your password while signing-in? No worries. Just click the reset password link below the field and enter your email address for a recovery link.
Option 2: Update your password in settings
You may already be logged into you Shopgenie account and still need to change the password. If that's the case, navigate to your settings area. Under the "general" tab you'll be able to enter a new password and confirm it.
