User Permissions

Summary of different user permissions within Shopgenie

Admin

• Has full access to the entire Shopgenie platform without limitation.
• Can access reviews and all settings (including booking tool). 

 Manager

• Has full access to the entire Shopgenie platform, but cannot remove users. 
• Can access reviews and all other settings (including booking tool). 

Service Advisor

• Only has access to the inbox and calendar. 
• Cannot access reviews, settings, call logs, etc.
   
  

Notify Only 

• Does not have a login to access the Shopgenie platform, but will receive notifications for new appointments.
