Notifications and how to customize them 🔔

Looking for a way to get reminded of new appointments, messages, and reviews in Shopgenie? Let's set up your notifications!

Sign in to Shopgenie

Navigate to Settings

Toggle on "Enable Notifications"

Click "Save Changes"

 

You will start receiving email notifications and SMS notifications!

Important Notes:

• If you change the email field, it will change where you receive notifications AND how you log in. 
• If the phone number field is left blank, you will not receive SMS notifications.
  
  

If you prefer to receive SMS notifications instead of email, or if you want to get notifications specifically about new appointments without receiving messages or reviews, or the other way around feel free to contact us for assistance.
