Inbox Sorting

A quick recap on how to find important messages in your inbox.

Your most important conversations by default.

When you open the inbox, you should see real conversations with customers sorted to the top of the list by how recently they occured.
 

Use "unreads" to respond more quickly

At the top of your inbox, you can click on "unreads" to only show messages that need attention. If you're not ready to respond just yet, you can mark the message as unread and come back later.
 
Easily see campaign activity
You can click on "campaigns" in your inbox to immediately see the most recently sent campaigns to customers. This helps you keep an eye on what's been sent out.
 

Use "archive" to close out conversations

Want to decrease inbox clutter? You can archive conversations once done. When new activity happens you'll be alerted. You can also find archived conversations by clicking the button next to your other filters.
