Transitioning to Tekmetric Marketing Solutions (TMS)

Since Shopgenie joined the Tekmetric family, our team has been working hard to integrate your favorite features directly into the Tekmetric platform. The result is Tekmetric Marketing Solutions (TMS)—a unified experience designed to help your shop grow without the need for multiple logins.

While you can continue to use Shopgenie, you're welcome to migrate to TMS to take advantage of having all of your services in one place!

2. Ready to Make the Switch?

If you’ve seen the demo and are ready for a more streamlined workflow, the next step is a Live Migration Call. During this session, a member of our team will walk you through the setup to ensure no customer communications or booking links drop through the cracks.

Important Details About Your Migration

Moving to TMS is designed to be a seamless "swap" rather than a brand-new setup. Here is what you need to know:

  • Pricing: By moving forward, you approve Tekmetric to charge your account $345 per month for Tekmetric Marketing.

  • Billing: Your Shopgenie subscription will be deactivated simultaneously so you are never double-billed.

  • Data Security: You will NOT lose access to your Shopgenie instance or your historical data. We keep your SG account as a reference point so you can always look back at past campaigns.

  • Support: Our dedicated migration team (formerly the Shopgenie team you know and love!) will be with you every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my online booking link change? Yes, you will receive a new TMS booking link. During our live call, we will swap this on your website and Google Business Profile to ensure a smooth transition for your customers.
