How to speed up your workflow with message templates and Jasmine AI
Getting started
Out of the box, we've setup a few default canned replies for you to use. You can find them by clicking on the canned replies link in the bottom left of you message field (in the inbox).
Create your own
To create your own saved replies, click the "new template" link in the canned reply menu. This will allow you to:
- Give your canned reply a name
- Write your messages (you can add variables to personalize it)
- Enable Jasmine AI: this will automatically customize your message based on the conversation context.
