How to Port Tracking Numbers to Shopgenie

If we're porting your tracking numbers to our platform, here is how to do it

Not using Callrail?

Send an email to porting@shopgenie.io with the name of your call tracking provider and the details, so we can assist you!

Using Callrail? Follow these directions:

Step 1) Login to Callrail at https://app.callrail.com

Step 2) Click the icon at the top-left corner that shows your account's initials

Step 3) Click Users

Step 4) Click "Create User"

Step 5) Choose "Administrator"

Step 6) You can choose anything for first/last name, but make sure to set the email to be porting@shopgenie.io. You can leave Chat Display Name blank.

Step 7) Click "Send"

Now that we have Callrail access, we'll take care of the rest😎
